WinAA Print Capture
A new print capture facility has been introduced in Version 3 of The Agency Advantage.
You can use this feature to capture email, digital pictures, word processing documents,
spreadsheets, web pages, etc. into a customer folder. The documents are captured
in PDF format which will allow you to bundle them together with other documents
into packages.
In the example below a company email requesting underwriting information will be
captured in the customer folder.
With AA running, simply print the email to the WinAA PDF Printer!
When you return to AA, the capture screen is waiting. Just enter a description and Add the attachment to the selected customer folder.
