DBC download is now supported for Progressive and Mercury. Many other personal lines carriers support DBC download, so ask your carriers if they can provide this information. The process is simple and will be a big time saver in your agency!

When you process a DBC file a message box will inform you that the file contains DBC data. A report will print as displayed below. The system performs the following tasks:

1) The policy is located by matching the policy number and effective date. (An asterisk after the name indicates no match)
2) The policy activity record is located by matching the transaction type and transaction date.
3) The policy activity record is updated to match the information in the DBC transaction and marked reconciled.
