Update Instructions

Adobe Reader 8.0 or greater is required for version 3 to work properly.
To install the latest version of Adobe Reader click here to download it from Adobe's website.

Instructions:

1.  Click here to download the latest update to The Agency Advantage and choose `Save`.

2.  Save the file in the X:\aa\updates folder where X is the drive letter for your server. You can get to this by going to `My Computer`  in the dialog box. When you get to the `aa\updates`  folder click on `Save`.

3. When this file has completely downloaded, close the windows. Open up The Agency Advantage. You will see this message.

 

Choose Yes to install the update. If you choose No, and wish to install the update at a later time, you can go to Utilities, Internet Update.

From this screen you can click on Install version 3.0xx. Depending on the current version the last three digits may differ.

4. This must be done on each computer one at a time. Do not attempt to install the update on all of your workstations at the same time.
