Linked Customer Folders
 

It is common in agencies to provide commercial lines insurance to a small business as well as personal lines insurance to it's owner. To simplify the process of servicing such a customer, we've introduced a new feature. By linking Customer Folders you can quickly move back and forth between the linked folders using a button located on screen.

A screen capture illustrates this button below:

 

 

To link two Customer Folders go to the Additional Contact Information screen. There you will see a tab for Linked Customer Folder. Simply select the associated customer and the link button will appear on both folders.

 

To remove a link go back to the dropdown on either folder and remove the customer selection.
