Support Article: User Setup
To begin using WinAA you must first enter at least one
user. User's are the employees in your agency who operate the Agency Advantage program.
You can create a user by going to 'System Setup-->User Setup'. Users may also be
producers who earn commissions. If this is the case you may enter a default commission
percentage or Flat Fee to be used in calculating the User/Producer earnings. The
User code appears throughout the system to identify operators and producers on policies,
receipts, memos, and activity transactions.
Code: A unique three character code that identifies each salesperson.
Name: Name of the User/Producer.
Password: Your assigned password for this user.
Commission: Percentage of the agency commission the CSR receives.
Flat Fee: Set dollar amount of the agency commission the CSR receives.
File Maintenance Permissions: Clicking on the boxes in this section gives the user the ability to edit or delete records in the sections named above.
Access Permissions: Checking the boxes in this section gives the user access to the areas of the program named above.
