Restricted Access Users are users in The Agency Advantage that are allowed to work only with customer folders that have been assigned to them. The addition of Restricted Access Users makes the management of outside producers much more versatile and secure.
You will notice, on the User Setup screen, a new checkbox on each User's profile that allows them to be marked as a Restricted Access User (RAU).
Existing customers will need to be assigned to the RAU. You can assign RAUs to the customer by clicking on the `Customer Information` button located to the right of their phone numbers.
The bottom half of the Additional Information screen, shown above, lists the Restricted Access Users and allows you to give them permission to view the Customer's folder.
Note: Customers created or imported by an RAU will automatically be accessible by that RAU.
